According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration and Services of Personnel Files for Mobile Personnel, archive management service agencies are required to comprehensively collect materials that reflect the mobile personnel's vocational qualifications, professional titles, and the evaluation and appointment of professional and technical positions. Furthermore, they must place emphasis on collecting materials such as labor contracts, enterprise employment procedures, employment registrations, and labor employment filings.
Concurrently, it is required that both the mobile personnel and the entities that generate these personnel file materials proactively hand them over to the archive management service agency within 1 month of the materials being generated.
